- All products are made in a smoke/pet free home.
- All necklaces are embroidered by hand, so no two necklaces are exactly the same. There will be natural and slight variations with each necklace.
- If you have any ideas/designs that you want, but you don't see them in the store, please reach out on the website. I am always excited to do custom orders.
- Most items will be made to order, so they will take 2-4 business days to complete before shipping.
- Orders will be shipped out every Wednesday.
- All sales are final/no refunds/no exchanges. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out via the website, and I will be happy to help.
